If you have not received an email from Dr. Spindelilus approving your acceptance as a client or you are not a current client please do not use the following links to make an appointment. Your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your funds.
If you have not emailed the doctor yet to start the process, please feel free to email at earendil@doctorearendil.com and let him know of your particular concerns. He will respond and you can discuss what you would like to accomplish.
If this is your first time here after approval than please fill out the following form which constitutes the California Consent/Release form. This is required by California law in order to become a legal client of Dr. Spindelilus:
